The primary application of magnesium sulphate heptahydrate is in agriculture, where it is used to rectify soil deficiencies in magnesium and sulphur. Epsom salts are frequently included in bath salts, exfoliates, muscle relaxants, and pain medications. One of the most common uses of Epsom salt is adding it to a warm bath to help soothe muscle pain, soreness or discomfort.
